Upstairs, unwind in a King bedroom with ensuite bath.  an additional queen bedroom, a full bathroom and laundry closet. 



 The top floor offers plenty of space with a twin bunk room, a twin-over-full bunk room, a queen  bedroom, a full bath, and a large observation deck—ideal for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.

*    4 Bikes are included with your stay - additional bikes can be rented at the nearby Peddlers Pavilion.  ( Bikes provided March - October) 



    *    Wristbands are required for all guests age 8 and over to access the pool, tram service or beach access.

  

    *    Pets are not permitted.



    *    Parking passes are required at all times 

    

    *    Wristbands and parking passes will be provided upon check in-  Please check in at the pool to receive your parking passes and wristbands.



    *    Golf carts & LSV's  are not permitted in the Seacrest Beach Community.



    *    Beach access is located across 30A at Sunset entrance. wrist bands are required.  Bikes and cars are not permitted.  Complimentary tram runs March through October.
