The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six to eight, perfect for family meals or lively dinners with friends.



The main king suite is conveniently located downstairs, offering a peaceful haven with an ensuite bath and direct access to the covered patio. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional king bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV—ideal for guests seeking comfort and privacy.



The second living area upstairs is a versatile retreat of its own, with two queen bunk beds, two full bunk beds, a cozy lounge space with seating, a bar area, and a half bath. Step outside to the expansive covered deck, where entertaining meets coastal leisure. 



The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in grill, fridge, and ice maker, along with a dining table for four, comfortable seating, and a TV—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze or catching a game.
